1. Service GuaranteeWe provide a 30-day guarantee on all published links from the date of publication. During this period, if a link is removed or does not meet the agreed technical specifications, we will replace it free of charge.
2. Free ReplacementYou are entitled to a free replacement in the following cases:
- The link does not comply with the agreed technical brief (TZ)
- The link is deleted or removed within the guarantee period (up to 30 days after publication)
- The content of the comment does not match the approved sample
- The placement was made on a platform not meeting the agreed quality parameters

3. Partial RefundA partial refund may be issued if:
- A portion of the ordered links cannot be placed due to availability constraints on agreed platforms, and no suitable alternative is found
- The service was only partially completed before a mutual agreement to terminate the order
The refund amount will be proportional to the undelivered portion of the order.
4. Full RefundA full refund will be issued only if:
- No work has been started on your order after payment
- CrowdLinks Store is unable to commence the order due to internal reasons
Refunds are not available once work on the order has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Non-Refundable CasesRefunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The order was completed in accordance with the agreed TZ
- The client changes the scope or requirements after the order is completed
- Dissatisfaction with SEO results or search engine ranking changes — crowd marketing is one factor among many affecting rankings
- The client fails to provide necessary information to commence work within 14 days of payment
6. Refund ProcessApproved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
