• Profile run — indexed links placed in profiles on trusted, high-DR platforms
• Reviews (SERM) — brand and product reviews on review sites, Google Maps, and other platforms
• SEO copywriting — unique, SEO-optimised texts for website promotion

Services are rendered in accordance with the technical brief (TZ) provided and approved by the client.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements on behalf of a business entity.

3. Order Process
Orders are placed and executed as described in our Shopping Policy. All orders are subject to acceptance by CrowdLinks Store. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, including for websites or businesses engaged in illegal activities.

4. Client Obligations
By placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information in the TZ or brief
• Respond to test link submissions and approve them within 5 business days
• Pay for services in accordance with agreed pricing and payment terms
• Ensure that the promoted website complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Not use our services to promote illegal content, spam, adult content (unless explicitly agreed), counterfeit goods, or prohibited substances

5. Intellectual Property
All reports, content, and materials produced by CrowdLinks Store remain the intellectual property of CrowdLinks Store until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our services "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic increases. Search engine algorithms are outside our control and may affect outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrowdLinks Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and project details as strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose the other's proprietary information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; if unsuccessful, through the competent courts of Ukraine.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
